Practice group plans are specific to a target industry or area of legal practice, include objectives to support the firm's overall marketing plan, and provide high-level instruction for individual marketing plan development for the firm's attorneys. In firms where there is more than one office location, each office should develop its own separate marketing plan.
Individual marketing plans are custom-tailored to meet the long-term career goals and short-term objectives of an individual lawyer, as well as support any objectives set forth by practice-specific marketing plans.
